This 90-minute workshop is for those who have constant tightness in the neck and shoulders leading to tension and headaches. Somatic movement helps you move more functionally, reducing tension and stiffness. It does this through accessing the nervous system and retraining your muscles to lengthen back to their natural resting state. Somatic movements are small, gentle, and slow and do not involve stretching.
