We don’t offer hot, sweaty, packed classes where things move too fast for you. Friendly, welcoming studio in Lorne Park, just west of Port Credit, Ontario. We offer in-person, live-streamed, and on-demand yoga and fitness classes. All in-person classes take place in a regular temperature environment.
